The Lighthouse Tour Quilt
features five popular
lighthouses. Lighthouses
shown are Nubble (Maine),
Montauk Point (New York),
Nauset (Massachusetts), Big
Sable (Michigan) and Cape
Hatteras (North Carolina).
Each lighthouse is set on a
field of shaded blue with a
white border. The outside
border is scalloped and hand
quilted with anchors and
waves. The matching shams
portray the Thomas Point
lighthouse. The quilt,
designed by Donna Sharp
Sharp, bears her embroidered
signature and year of
production on the reverse of
each piece. The backing is
the same shaded blue of the
front. Each quilt is hand
quilted with hand attached
binding. The stitch rate is
excellent.
100% Cotton Shell, 100%
Cotton Fill, Machine
Washable. Sizes are
approximate and may vary due
to hand cutting and piecing.
