Important information regarding lighting fixtures

Installation of Chandeliers and Wall Sconces:

All Hard Wired sconces and chandeliers must be installed by a qualified electrician.  All wall sconces will be delivered hard wired unless otherwise indicated.

Finishes:

The Rainbow Torch Finish has acrylic sealers over the finish.  These finishes should be resealed periodically (once a year) to help maintain the original look.

Delivery:

Most light fixtures will be shipped within the specified time stated on the page the light fixture is found.  Most lighting is packed with encapsulating foam to prevent any damage in shipping.  In fact, in the year 2006, we had only ONE lighting fixture damaged in shipping.  This is a direct reflection on the way we package our lighting for shipment.

Return Policy:

Light fixtures may not be returned without prior authorization.  Lighting that is customized where you have the option of choosing either color or image is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  The Cabin Place, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.  To return, please call customer service at (218) 326-0590.
