I felt I needed to let you know about your customer service department. I ordered a ceiling fixture and choose an amber mica lens for it. The next day, one of your customer service representatives call me and asked where the light was going to go. He said " that if we were looking for this fixture to light up the whole room, we should not go with the amber mica, but go with a silver mica instead". Apparently the amber would not be bright enough. I really appreciated this phone call because it saved me a lot of money by ordering the wrong light.
