We accept orders from Canadian customers and ship most of our products to Canada. However, our Canadian customers should be aware that shipping to Canada is expensive. In addition, in accordance with United States Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.

We will notify you before processing your order of the actual shipping charges with the brokerage fee included. We normally email this information within 1 business day after the order is received. We ship to Canada using FedEx Ground services. We do not offer express shipping of any products to Canada at this time. FedEx will also serve as our customs broker (FedEx Trade Networks). Please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, brokerage fees, as well as all duties imposed by FedEx Trade Networks and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST). Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (product, country the product was manufactured in, etc.).

Duties and taxes will be collected from you by FedEx Trade Networks before delivery of your order - they will be extra and above what we charge you for your order and in some cases can be quite expensive. We do not know at the time of order how much those taxes and/or duties will cost. Cabinplace.com is not accountable for any of these taxes or duties; they are solely your responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. If for any reason those charges are not paid by you when you receive the order, we will bill those charges back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. Furthermore, if you refuse delivery of the package on the grounds that the duties and tax charges are too expensive, we will issue a refund for the returned products upon receipt at our warehouse equal to their cost less brokerage fees plus shipping & handling costs both to and from the destination.

We currently accept four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do NOT accept any personal or business checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for Canadian orders. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and present it in your monthly statement. All credit card numbers for Canadian (or United States) orders are verified with the issuing bank before merchandise is shipped. A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all orders.

Cabinplace.com values its Canadian customers, and upholds its Returns and Exchanges policy to all shoppers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the day it is shipped. Please remember that products must be returned in their original condition. You will be credited for the product total, less the order processing fees for customs and brokerage. Shipping charges are not refundable.
