Diana L. I like the colors. It is microfiber. I'm satisfied with the comforter, but the pillow shams are a major disappointment. They are more like a very thin microfiber pillowcase. I'll admit if I'd bought this in a store I would probably return it. I will keep them and try to sew quilt batt into the inside of those shams. The decorative pillows hide that in the promo pictures.
